1. Cut a small piece of cardboard about 3 by 1 inches. Make 2 holes near one end, one on top of the other. Thread the string through both holes, and then tie a loop in it, about 5 or 6 inches long. Cut off the extra string.

2. Now tape the string near the top of the pencils to make a rectangle. As you tape it in place, make sure the board is pointing UP.

3. The bottle cap will be the fulcrum of your flip toy. Use the rubber band to fasten it between the pencils. Need help?
