1. How far does it jump?
2. Does it jump the same distance each time?
3. What could be the difference from one time to the next?
4. What do you do to make it jump a shorter distance?
5. What do you do to make it jump far?
6. Can you make it flip?

How you press on the tail and release it makes a difference in
how far your frog goes. These are things you can change, or variables.
Now make two more frogs just like the first, but with another change.
Change the way you crease the folds.

• Make one frog where you press hard along each fold with
  something hard like a ruler.
• Make another frog where you press more gently as
  you make each fold

Test these frogs like you did the first.  What did you find out?
