1. Lay the folded index card on the open folder and tape one side to the folder, parallel to the gutter.

2. Place tape on the other end of the folded index card, with the sticky side facing up.
3. Hold the folded index card closed and close the folder. 4.Now open the folder.Will the folder open all the way? How much will it open?
