Make it

	1. Make a hole in the bottom of the container
	2. Enlarge the hole so that a rubber band fits through it.
	3. Put a paper clip on the rubber band.
	4. Put a paper clip on the other end of the rubber band, open it out, and use it to pull one end of the rubber band through the lid.
	5. This is what it should look like.
	6. Pull the loose end of the rubber band through the cardboard tube (from toilet paper).
	7. Use the open paper clip to pull the rubber band through the other lid and then through a bead (or button).
	8. Pull the stick through the rubber band.
	9. Hold the tube, and wind up the rubber band by turning the stick round and round many times.
